a) I am 17 years old or over on the day of the race.
b) I am medically fit to run the race.
c) I will enter my emergency contacts and medical conditions on the reverse of the racing number.
d) I will not wear headphones (banned under England Athletic rules for safety, only skull rather than earphones allowed).
e) I understand my entry fee cannot be refunded, transferred to another runner, nor deferred until a later year unless the event is cancelled.
f) I understand my email address will be used for sending me details of this year’s race, and that my details of name, club, sex, age category and race time will be published in the publicly available race results.
